Each row represents one timeline. Blue bars are activities; diamond markers are milestones. The vertical red line marks today. Hover over any bar to see its details.
Click any bar or milestone on the timeline to open the edit dialog. From there you can rename it, change dates, update the status, assign team members, add a link, or leave a comment.
Drag the vertical edge between the timeline labels and the chart area to make the label column wider or narrower. Your preference is saved automatically.
Click the arrow next to any timeline name to collapse it. Use the collapse/expand all toggle in the header to show or hide all timelines at once.
Press N, click the + button in the toolbar, or right-click a row label. Set a name, type (activity or milestone), dates, status, and assign one or more team members.
Open any existing task and click the Clone button in the bottom-left of the dialog. A copy is created on the same timeline and opens immediately for editing — useful for repeating deliverables with slightly different dates.
Not started (grey) · In progress (blue) · Done (green) · Blocked (red) · Inactive (faded). The bar colour on the timeline reflects the current status.
Timelines can be marked active or inactive. Inactive timelines are hidden from the main view by default. Use Settings to auto-inactivate timelines that have had no recent activity.
Save any timeline as a template and reuse it for new projects. Open Templates from the toolbar, pick a template, and a pre-populated timeline is created instantly.
Horizon is an AI assistant that understands your full workspace. Ask it to create tasks, update dates, delete items, summarise what's overdue, or explain what's happening this week — all in plain language.
Open Horizon and tap the "Today's briefing" chip for an instant summary of overdue items, tasks due this week, and upcoming milestones in the next 14 days.
Horizon remembers your conversation across sessions (up to 60 messages). Use the Clear button in the Horizon panel header to start a fresh conversation at any time.
Open Admin from the toolbar. Enter a colleague's email address and select their role (admin or member). They receive a magic-link email — no password required.
Click any member avatar in the header to filter the timeline to only show tasks assigned to that person. Click again to clear the filter.
